Respite Care
When you need a break from your duty as caregiver, we’ll gladly relieve you for a period of up to 24 hours.

Life Enrichment Activities
If you’re in need of some rest and relaxation, allow us to entertain your loved one with outings, craft projects and reminiscing activities.

Medical Escort Service
If you have an important appointment or simply need to get out and about, take advantage of our medical escort service. Whether you have chosen to remain in your home or have moved to a Long Term Care Facility, our medical escort services are available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Recognizing the growing demand for more specialized, flexible and professionalhome support services, owner and manager Andrea Baumann established Superior Elder Care in January 1990.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lakehead University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Gerontology from the University of Toronto, and has over 10 years of teaching experience as professor of Gerontology at Confederation College. With an extensive background of study and involvement in the fields of Gerontology and Home Support Services management, Andrea’s lifelong commitment to providing affordable, compassionate care speaks for itself.
